Page Level Permissions
Using Google Sites Page level permissions you can create a private webpage or control who has access to individual webpages.
This is particularly useful for creating draft webpages in Google Sites.

Select Page
Options:
- Use the same permissions and members as [Page Name]
- Start with the list below and include any future changes to [Page Name].
- Start with the list below but ignore any future changes to [Page Name].
Select 'Change' > Visibility options
[The same options as Site level Permission but for Individual page permission privacy]
Anyone on the Internet can find and access. No sign-in required.
Anyone who has the link can access. No sign-in required.
Only people explicitly granted permission can access. Sign-in required.

For Example , if you set a Page to
- Start with the list below but ignore any future changes to [Page Name].
and
All pages below this page will not be publicly visible.
Even if you have a [system] Link to the private page in Sidebar Menu , Horizontal Menu , Table of Contents etc..., it will not be publicly visible.
If you create a link manually ie. <a href="...
This link will be visible.
This is Ideal for creating draft pages in a private folder
where you only have to set the privacy once.
Page Level Permissions - USER Level Options
When new users or groups are added to the site:
- Custom permissions: Add new users to this page
- Custom permissions: Do not add new users to this page
